Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to assist customers with their tax filings using TurboTax. Work remotely while providing exceptional customer service and tax advice to help clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions with customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
