Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as an Entry Level Optical Specialist, where you'll dispense eyewear and provide exceptional service to members. This role offers a collaborative work environment with generous benefits and opportunities for personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products
Assist patients with lens and frame selections
Verify order data and ensure accuracy
Deliver excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educate patients on product benefits
Support the Optical Manager with daily operations
Maintain privacy and confidentiality as per HIPAA
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
