Join Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center as a Certified Dietary Manager, overseeing dietary operations to ensure optimal nutrition and compliance with standards. Lead menu development, manage budgets, and train staff while making a positive impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional needs of patients/residents
Order, receive, and store food in compliance with regulations
Ensure safe and sanitary food preparation
Monitor and organize kitchen operations, including cleaning and maintenance
Manage departmental budgets and analyze food costs
Supervise and train staff on food handling and service procedures
Maintain accurate meal counts and food cost reports
Interact with patients/residents and families regarding dietary needs
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the dietary department
Required Qualifications
Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Program or 2-yr/4-yr foodservice program
Successful completion of CDM Credentialing Exam with active certification
2 years experience in foodservice management
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic charting such as Point Click Care (PCC)
High comfort level with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, Hemodialysis
Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
