Job Description

Join Wegmans as a Customer Service Manager and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment. You'll oversee daily operations and employee development, ensuring a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours
  • Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees
  • Provide incredible customer service to customers and employees
  • Quickly react to operational challenges
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects across the store

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
