Providing care in post-acute facilities as a
LPNMonitoring patients' physical and mental well-being and tracking vital signsDocumenting health concerns and residents' medical historyAdministering medications and monitoring their effectsReviewing charts and medical recordsContributing to a safe and comfortable environmentMaintaining adequate medical supply stocksParticipating in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomyAssisting in the orientation and training of new medical staffQualifications and Skills:
Current Rhode Island state license as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Completion of an approved
LPN
educational programHigh School diploma or GED (or equivalent)Graduation from an accredited
