• Provide nursing care to a group of patients using the nursing process
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care
• Conduct initial assessments and develop patient care plans
• Implement and modify plans of care based on patient evaluations
• Ensure patient and employee safety by reporting hazards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
