Job Details:

• Provide direct patient care in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Patient ratios of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Float and call not required
• Arkansas or Compact State RN License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with general ICU experience required and CVICU experience preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment including IABP, ECMO, and Impella Heart Pump
• Care for patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, heart valve procedures
• Experience with advanced therapies and specialized equipment required
• Must complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document due date: 3 business days prior to start
