Job Description
Join Professional Case Management as a Business Development Representative and leverage your sales expertise to enhance the quality of life for clients. This role focuses on building relationships within the healthcare community in Las Vegas, driving referrals, and participating in community outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with potential clients
Follow up on referral leads
Champion PCM's positive image
Assist clients with DOL qualification process
Participate in educational trainings and marketing events
Generate client referrals
Manage local market events
Distribute marketing materials
Answer client inquiries about in-home nursing services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
Sales experience in healthcare
Ability to cultivate professional referral relationships
Significant local and regional travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospice, outreach, rehab, long-term acute care or pharmaceutical sales
Knowledge of medical terminology
Computer skills using Microsoft Office
