Clinical Details:

- Prescribe medication and manage In Basket messages related to patient care
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Perform Annual Wellness exams and complete post-hospital discharge visits

- Support Staff: Medical Assistant 1:1
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited training program
- Current license in the State of California as a Family Medicine Physician
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
- Current BLS/CPR and DEA certifications
- Minimum of one year of clinic experience preferred
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
