Essential Qualifications
A minimum of one year of total experience as a radiology tech (some positions may require more experience)
An active individual state license and/or certification to practice as a rad tech
An active credential issued by ARRT

Traveling diagnostic imaging specialists use x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and/or fluoroscopy to help diagnose and visualize different conditions. Some responsibilities include providing individualized care to patients, monitoring patient condition, and documenting required details according to facility protocol.
To be eligible for this position, you must have an active ARRT certification, evidence of at least one year of Computed Tomography experience as a rad tech, and proof of at least one year of experience within your specialty/modality within the last three years. You must also have graduated from an accredited school within your discipline and achieved a score of 80% or higher on all Nomad competency assessments.
