In this front-office position, you will manage communications, schedule appointments, and support clients through their healthcare journey while working closely with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Document service provided in client charts
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms and communicate with clinic staff
Check-in and check-out in-person clients
Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual preferred but not required
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
