Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the compassionate care they need. In this front-office position, you will manage communications, schedule appointments, and support clients through their healthcare journey while working closely with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
  • Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
  • Document service provided in client charts
  • Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms and communicate with clinic staff
  • Check-in and check-out in-person clients
  • Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Significant experience with providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
