Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation to educational teams on socially acceptable behavior
Support educational teams in establishing and enforcing behavior rules
Employ problem-solving processes for intervention
Confer with parents and educational team members to develop educational plans
Provide feedback and corrective strategies to educational teams
Observe and analyze data on students' behavioral performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Valid IL LBS PEL from ISBE with LBSI
Teaching experience with students with various disabilities
Eligibility to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
BCBA or RBA certification
Experience in behavior modification techniques
