Key Responsibilities
Perform program administrative and operational needs
Maintain office equipment and coordinate with facilities for safety plans
Enter and maintain client information in various systems
Support clients with entitlement applications and follow-ups
Track program spending and manage petty cash
Order supplies and equipment with approval
Ensure program information is accurate and up to date
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
