Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with mental illness to live independently. Your administrative expertise will ensure that program operations run smoothly, while your compassion will help clients navigate their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform program administrative and operational needs
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate with facilities for safety plans
  • Enter and maintain client information in various systems
  • Support clients with entitlement applications and follow-ups
  • Track program spending and manage petty cash
  • Order supplies and equipment with approval
  • Ensure program information is accurate and up to date

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
  • Experience in Supportive Housing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
