Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload

  • Maintain understanding of new store initiatives
  • Promote and drive sales
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate business results and execution of plans with store leaders
  • Ensure efficient and gracious customer service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
