Key Responsibilities
Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload
Coach associates on exceptional performance
Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer service
Maintain understanding of new store initiatives

Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate business results and execution of plans with store leaders
Ensure efficient and gracious customer service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years customer service or retail experience
Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
