Job Description

Join MSI as a Sales Representative for Flooring, where you'll drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with retailers and dealers. Utilize your skills in training, negotiation, and market analysis to promote our diverse product offerings and achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers
  • Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel
  • Understand market competition and strategies
  • Manage displays, samples, and selling tools
  • Consult with dealers on pricing and promotions
  • Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
  • Estimate delivery dates for customers
  • Analyze sales reports for opportunities
  • Utilize marketing tools to promote products
  • Research customer needs and market trends
  • Resolve customer claims and issues
  • Attend trade shows as required
  • Travel up to 90% of the time

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong math skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales experience
  • Industry experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Bilingual in Spanish
