Join PetSmart as a Retail Store Manager, where you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to pets and their parents. Key Responsibilities
Oversee safety of people and pets, operational execution, financial outcomes, and HR functions
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating associates
Build an open-door culture and engage with associates
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Lead the associate and pet parent experience
Analyze business performance and communicate results
Manage expenses and drive business growth
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment
Full-time availability required
Proficiency in computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
