Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize the sale of lift trucks and related products within a specified territory
  • Develop existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze opportunities and develop strong business relationships
  • Consult and problem solve to enhance the Company’s position
  • Create a territory management plan to optimize customer engagement
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Maintain records of sales calls and customer information
  • Participate in training programs

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program
  • Several years of successful sales experience
  • Knowledge of the entire sales process
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermittent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours
