Job Description
Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where your dedication to customer service will directly impact lives. As a vital part of our plasma donation team, you'll screen donors, ensure their safety, and contribute to the collection of life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs rarely
Preferred Qualifications
Fine motor coordination
Depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
