Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, working within a multi-disciplinary team to support youth and families facing significant behavioral health challenges. This role focuses on delivering individualized treatment and fostering family engagement to promote stability and reintegration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk, develop safety plans, and provide crisis intervention
Participate in person-centered care planning
Collaborate with community providers and other service systems
Monitor participant progress and provide after-hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders
Ability to document assessments, plans and interventions
