Key Responsibilities
Advocate on clients’ behalf to ensure basic rights are protected
Develop individual treatment plans with clients
Monitor and ensure timely provision of services
Provide crisis intervention and management
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling
Link clients to community resources and supports
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and five years’ supervised behavioral health experience
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, education, psychology, or related human services field
CADC certification within two years if teaching groups
Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical record
Valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance
