Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other contacts from members
Assist members with quotes, policy changes, and billing
Provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
Maintain required Property & Casualty license and registrations
Identify and manage business risks in accordance with compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
Ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses within 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
6 months of experience communicating with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face
US military experience or as a military spouse/domestic partner
