Key Responsibilities
Prepare and create pastry items in a high-volume environment
Ensure quality and presentation of food products
Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency
Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Passion for Pastry & Baking
Strong experience with cakes and plated desserts
Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field/restaurants or culinary degree with equivalent experience
Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment
Multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
Desire to provide excellent guest service
Strong listening skills
Flexibility to work various shifts
