Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on L&D experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to support patients through all phases of childbirth. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery. Monitor maternal and fetal status using appropriate equipment and assessment techniques. Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery procedures, cesarean sections, and emergencies. Administer medications, IV infusions, epidural support, and induction agents as prescribed. Implement and follow evidence-based L&D protocols and safety standards.
