Job Description

Join Quill, part of Staples, as a B2B Sales Representative and take on the challenge of managing a book of accounts with significant sales potential. You'll leverage your sales expertise to drive new business, grow existing customer relationships, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales
  • Map accounts and identify category opportunities
  • Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
