Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a General Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering superior collision repair services. Drive revenue, manage production workflows, and support your team to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs
Manage labor assignment and production
Support teammates during peak times
Monitor and attain production goals and standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Manage daily production flow
Write DRP complaint estimates
Team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license required
