ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Festus, Missouri.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - CCU/ICU Float Pool
Job Details:
• Work night shifts, 3x12 schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• 13-week assignment length
• Float between Critical Care units including Med Surg (36 beds), Cardiac Stepdown/Progressive Care (30 beds), MS Stepdown (8 beds), and ICU (12 beds)
• Patient ratios vary by unit: MS 1:6, Cardiac Stepdown 1:4, MS Stepdown 1:3, ICU 1:2 or 1:1
• Work weekends as required by facility with standard expectation of every other full weekend
• Call requirements as determined by facility
• Must have 1+ years of critical care experience
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIH
• Current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Dress code requires black scrubs provided by traveler
• Flu vaccination required November 1 - April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)
• Must be team player with ability to work with various teams and be adaptable
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday
