Key Responsibilities
Assist the Administrator with administrative functions of the home health agency
Supervise clerical office staff
Evaluate office processes and report improvement opportunities
Perform data entry functions for office efficiency
Order office supplies and manage supply expenses
Ensure coverage for receptionist duties
Submit accounts payable information and maintain invoice systems

Required Qualifications
Two years of college or business school
One year administrative experience in healthcare or similar services industry
