Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Case Manager, where you'll support domestic violence survivors in achieving their recovery goals and building independent living skills. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for families in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carries a caseload of residents and provides services
  • Completes client assessments and evaluates clients' functioning
  • Advocates on behalf of residents with other service providers
  • Links residents to community-based treatment and coordinates services
  • Develops safety plans and provides individual and family counseling
  • Participates in case conferences and regular staff meetings
  • Completes documentation of resident interactions and service plans

Required Qualifications

  • BA degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field
  • Minimum of one year experience working with Domestic Violence survivors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual-Spanish
  • Experience with families affected by Domestic Violence
  • Compassion and respect for vulnerable individuals
