Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Manager, where you'll support domestic violence survivors in achieving their recovery goals and building independent living skills. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for families in need.
Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload of residents and provides services
Completes client assessments and evaluates clients' functioning
Advocates on behalf of residents with other service providers
Links residents to community-based treatment and coordinates services
Develops safety plans and provides individual and family counseling
Participates in case conferences and regular staff meetings
Completes documentation of resident interactions and service plans
Required Qualifications
BA degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field
Minimum of one year experience working with Domestic Violence survivors
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual-Spanish
Experience with families affected by Domestic Violence
Compassion and respect for vulnerable individuals
