Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Inside Sales Representative. You'll be responsible for managing and growing an $8-10M+ book of accounts, creating strategic growth plans, and directly impacting sales success through innovative selling strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales results for an assigned book of accounts with potential sales of ~$8-10M+
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Build strategic growth plans for accounts
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage customer data and pipeline
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone, email, and on-site visits

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Managed complex deals from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsible for retaining and growing accounts
