Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Inside Sales Representative. You'll be responsible for managing and growing an $8-10M+ book of accounts, creating strategic growth plans, and directly impacting sales success through innovative selling strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales results for an assigned book of accounts with potential sales of ~$8-10M+
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
Build strategic growth plans for accounts
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage customer data and pipeline
Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone, email, and on-site visits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Track record of exceeding sales quota
Managed complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsible for retaining and growing accounts
