Key Responsibilities
Manage material procurement and obsolescence tasks
Interface with suppliers and chemical management companies
Present issues to leadership and program management
Collaborate with Materials Verification Lab and program leads to identify solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (chemistry, polymer science, materials engineering, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with material testing techniques (e.g., FTIR, hardness, % elongation)
Preferred Qualifications
Professional level communication skills
Knowledge of materials (e.g., epoxies, polymers, elastomers, composites)
Experience with Raytheon’s chemical procurement systems (e.g., tcmIS, PRISM, Incora)
