DextroMedical is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel job in Bennington, Vermont.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a rehabilitation and skilled nursing team for an evening shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have prior long-term care experience and a commitment to providing excellent, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Monitor patient status and document any changes in condition
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications:
Active LPN Compact License
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
COVID-19 vaccination card required
Prior long-term care experience strongly preferred
Required Documents:
Driver’s License copy
Resume including availability and RTO (requested time off)
Current LPN Compact License

Shift Details:
Evenings
40 hours/week
Rotating weekends and holidays may apply
Traveler Pay Package and Details
Weekly Stipend: $1500 ($37.50/hr)
Weekly W2 Rate: $700 ($17.50/hr)
Total Gross Weekly: $2200
