Join OCHIN as an Epic Ambulatory Trainer and make a difference in healthcare innovation. You will deliver training programs that enhance workflows and improve patient care in underserved communities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive training to meet learning objectives
Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System
Provide feedback on training, workflows, documentation, and videos
Facilitate workflow design sessions
Collect and analyze member feedback
Maintain learning programs documentation and materials
Assist members with integration of Epic OCHIN system
Develop engaging learning content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in training, course development, instructional design, and technical writing
Proficiency in Epic or applications
Experience training Epic Behavioral Health
Understanding of change management skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of experience preferred
Healthcare certification and/or experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR)
1+ years' experience in Instructional Design
Experience with LMS architecture and deployment
