Job Description
Join Air Evac Lifeteam as a Quality Supervisor and play a pivotal role in overseeing aviation quality assurance processes within a leading air ambulance service. Your expertise will ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of providing critical medical transport services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees company manuals
Ensures new aircraft equipment inspection/operation requirements are incorporated
Reviews revisions to manufacturer’s maintenance instructions or service bulletins
Oversees the management of Aviation Change Request projects
Oversees STC’s including drawings, ICA’s, 337’s and project management
Provides project updates to leadership team
Ensures milestones for projects are met
Develops, implements, and maintains training programs
Assists in the preparation of all new hire and recurrent training
Monitors and implements changes to training for compliance
Oversees and assists with reliability projects
Ensures missed flight and in-service reports are maintained
Determines areas of improvement on high usage parts
Ensures Bi-Weekly and Annual AD listings are completed
Monitors MXC and records for process improvements
Performs periodic audits
Required Qualifications
Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter maintenance experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid State issued Driver’s License
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Capable of lifting 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
Related experience under 14 CFR Parts 43,91,135 and 145.
