Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Master’s or PhD degree in animal Behavior or related discipline
DVM degree (for veterinary behaviorists) with NY State veterinary license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with humane euthanasia decisions
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shelter settings
