Job Description

Join Quill, a Staples brand, as a Sales Business Development Representative to drive growth by establishing partnerships with new and existing customers. This role focuses on outbound sales strategies, leveraging education contracts, and creating custom solutions to enhance customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to drive new business
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement through coaching

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1+ years of sales or other relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven acquisition, sales, or account management experience
