Key Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen activities and manage outlet chefs
Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation
Control food quality, production, sanitation standards, and labor costs
Train and evaluate culinary staff
Assist with menu preparation and organization of culinary events
Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of on-the-job culinary experience
At least 2 years in the capacity of a Sous Chef
Skilled in the use of kitchen equipment
Ability to interact positively with others
