Job Description
Join Riderwood Village as a Sous Chef and lead a dedicated culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. With a focus on teamwork and innovation, you'll manage kitchen operations and ensure high-quality meal service in a vibrant community setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline of culinary and utility staff
Oversees culinary functions in the Chef’s absence, including staffing and food production
Manages daily kitchen production and food preparation for timely service
Directs preparation and service of all menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes and food safety
Oversees organization and sanitation of dining rooms and kitchen areas
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years full-service experience
Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
Ability to work some weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
