Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide expert guidance and tax preparation assistance to customers
Interact with customers using video communications software
Document customer interactions
Meet company key performance metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business tax preparation
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Experience with at least 20 clients/customers per season
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with technology and computer operations
