Job Description

Join Quill, part of Staples, as a B2B Sales Representative where you will drive sales growth within a large account portfolio. Leverage your sales expertise to build strategic plans, acquire new business, and enhance customer relationships while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales
  • Manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools to manage customer data
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Utilize Salesforce regularly
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
