As a Utility Teller I at Enterprise Bank & Trust, you will provide efficient and friendly services to clients while processing transactions and handling cash. This role involves traveling to various branches to support staffing needs and ensuring adherence to banking policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process debit and credit transactions accurately
Respond to client inquiries in a friendly manner
Perform minor account maintenance tasks
Refer customers to internal financial experts as needed
Educate clients on bank technology
Assist branch members in achieving goals
Ensure safe banking practices and compliance with laws
Assist in opening and closing the branch
Travel to other branches as needed
Required Qualifications

Ability to maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records
