Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments, intake assessments, and therapy sessions
Develop treatment plans and manage cases
Collaborate with teams and educate patients/families
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
