Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and make a significant impact in the lives of New Yorkers. You'll work closely with clients, developing action plans and coordinating community resources to provide essential support and care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans to ensure client care
Conduct routine community contacts on behalf of the social worker
Evaluate living conditions through home visits
Run groups under social worker supervision
Provide individual/group counseling
Perform community outreach and establish linkages
Provide case management to clients
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
