The Regional Contract Manager at Sysco is responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic sales planning and execution for LCC accounts. This role involves managing relationships, overseeing contract management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure alignment across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales, Gross Profit, and Delivered-Margin Financial Plan
Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies
Coordinate across regions to drive opportunities
Manage cross-functional customer alignment and partnerships
Manage contracts, terms, and conditions
Leverage CRM tool for sales planning and customer engagement
Support sales to new locations and existing customers
Create sales bids/proposals/presentations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
+7 years of Sysco experience or +7 years of relevant industry experience
Contract Sales Growth management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts
