Schedule / Shift

10-hour rotating shifts: four 10-hour days (6:45 AM - 5:15 PM) with one or two 12-hour weekday calls and one full weekend of call every five weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse with substantial experience in cardiovascular and open-heart surgery. The ideal candidate must be flexible with their schedule to accommodate patient care needs and should be willing to float to different OR suites.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent OR RN experience, specifically in cardiovascular/open heart OR.
  • Prior travel experience is required.
  • Experience in a large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital environment.
  • Epic experience within the past 2 years is required.
