Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, focus on team development, and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture
Manage daily operations of the restaurant
Maintain staffing levels and develop team members
Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are met
Drive sales and control costs
Handle guest and team member complaints
Complete performance reviews for crew members
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability; ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
3-5 years management experience
