Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to enhance customer experience and support operational tasks within the branch. The role involves processing transactions, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to meet business goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer experience by processing and approving transactions
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks
Perform transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Support the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling
Resolve daily operational issues
Assist customers and employees in resolving concerns
Provide excellent service and complete transactions
Identify financial services to meet customer needs
Motivate team to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking
Integrity and professionalism in interactions
Ability to identify potential fraud
Cash handling experience
Well-organized and able to prioritize
Ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policies
Relevant military experience
Knowledge of retail compliance controls and risk management
Ability to motivate others
