Provide medical direction and oversee participant care under Executive Director supervision
Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Develop and maintain medical policies, procedures, and protocols
Supervise Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Provide leadership and guidance to program colleagues and local providers
Conduct history and physical exams, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions for frail elderly participants
Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and family conferences
Educate participants and caregivers about health maintenance and medical conditions
Participate in provider on-call rotation as required
Manage changing priorities and support creative alternative healthcare delivery models
? Medical oversight of participant care and clinical outcomes
? Interview and evaluate applicants and caregivers for PACE Enrollment
? Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
? Perform physical exams, order labs/tests, and maintain systematic documentation
? Lead supervision of health and treatment programs developed by the team
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required
Board Certified or CAQ in Geriatrics Highly Preferred
Active Indiana Medical License (or willingness to obtain) Required
BLS, DEA, CDS certification
Minimum 1 year experience with frail/elderly population Required
Supervisory experience Required
Clean malpractice history Highly Preferred
Salary range: $280,000 (based on experience)
