Required Qualifications
PhD in microbiology, microbial ecology or related field
4+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and leading scientific projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Nutrition knowledge and interactions between microbes, diet, and host health
Experience in statistical programming and programming languages (R, Python, C, C++)
Ability to contribute to data flow from sequence data to biological interpretation
Familiarity with multi-omic data types and analysis methods
Background in animal or pet studies
