Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric patients
Conduct crisis assessments and intake assessments
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and modify treatment plans
Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision
Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
Make timely referrals to appropriate community resources
Required Qualifications
Master's degree
Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
