Job Description
As a Customer Service Worksite Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service concerns and inquiries. Your professionalism and knowledge will create positive customer experiences while meeting departmental performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to policyholder inquiries
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Send transfers to the sales team to increase revenue
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet or exceed departmental standards for KPIs
Represent organizational values and provide feedback
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
High School diploma
